I have over 25 years of experience in traffic engineering and transport planning acquired in both the public and private sectors. In 2025, I was appointed Managing Director.
I have managed a diverse range of projects including small and large-scale developments, cycling / walking network plans and designs, strategy and policy preparation, crash treatment scoping, local area traffic management (LATM) schemes, road safety audits and traffic / construction management plans. I provide expert evidence for VCAT, Panels Victoria and personal injury cases.
I am also an accredited Senior Road Safety Auditor in Victoria, New South Wales, South Australia and Queensland.
Between 1999 and 2014, I undertook a variety of full-time and part-time roles at Glen Eira City Council as part of O’Brien Traffic’s contract to provide Traffic Engineering Services to Council including Manager Transport Planning, Acting Manager Traffic and Parking, Traffic Engineering Co-ordinator and Principal Transportation Engineer. I have also been Acting Transport Coordinator at Whitehorse City Council.
I am currently the Vice President of the Institute of Transportation Engineers - Australia and New Zealand Section and Associate Company Secretary for Engineers Without Borders Australia.
